PLACING AN ORDER
Orders may be placed via use of the www.rius-racing.com on-line shopping experience. You simply point and click your way through the prompts adding items to your individual cart. You can complete your transaction 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Orders may also be placed via fax to 001 (928) 680-8654. This also can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world! Please print and fill out this form [order form] and send via the about fax number. Please be sure to accurately complete all information in order to expedite your order. Failure to complete this form entirely will delay the processing of your order. You must also fill out the credit card authorization [insert pdf] to submit with your order, be sure to include the front and back copy of your credit card along with your picture identification. Failure to send all the necessary information will delay processing so please be sure to include all information.

Payment may be made via credit card, money order, cashiers’ check, or via bank transfer with special provisions. Rius Racing accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Qualified dealers may receive special terms pending credit approval. Rius Racing does not offer credit terms to individual customers. All dealers must be prequalified before receiving dealer pricing and status.
All orders are shipped based on your choice. You can choose from UPS options, US Postal Service options, or Federal Express. Customers may be responsible for additional fees depending on the shipping method. Larger items will require alternative shipping which will be prearranged with the customer before commission of the sale. Rius Racing does not accept responsibility for any damages received during the shipping or customs process. We advise you that if you receive your package with damages you notify the carrier immediately. Taking photos of damages will also aid you in your efforts. We do handle damaged packages.
All orders are processed using US Dollar. Orders must be prepaid, unless otherwise preapproved by Rius Racing. When placing your order include all information including full address to include country information and postal routing codes, telephone numbers are required! It is very important to include all information for us to process your order; otherwise this will delay the process. We may require additional documentation on any foreign order and this will be done at Rius Racing’s discretion. For larger orders we will send you quote via fax or email with paperwork we require for the security of the transaction.
In the untimely event of a backorder that requires a wait longer than 30 days you will receive an email notification. Your items will remain on backorder unless otherwise advised.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. You must contact Rius Racing via firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization number. You must include the return authorization number on the outside of the box for faster service. No returns are allowed on the following items, but are not limited to only these items: Decals, Graphics Kits, Mat Kits, Chin Pads or other upholstery items, Electronic Parts, Marks, Tools, Emblems, or other special order items. All return requests must be made within 14 business days of date of shipment. Only items in the original packaging which has not be tampered with or opened will be accepted. All returns are subject to rejection after inspection by the Rius Racing processing department. Should your return be received in a non-working condition or in the original package you will not receive credit and your return will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. Rius Racing does not accept responsibility for any shipping or duties charges on returned items. We will not refund you for shipment costs unless otherwise approved by our offices. Rius Racing does not accept responsibility or liability for damages made by shipping carriers. Rius Racing will aid the customer with any freight claims in any way possible; however we will not file the claim for you.
