• Copy of TPT (If US Dealer)

Thank you for choosing Rius Racing, we sincerely hope that you are enjoying your shopping experience with us. In an effort to make things simple for you we have listed few of our most common questions.
Q.) Can I place an order on-line?
A.) Yes, of course you can! Time is precious and we want you to be able to get all your parts and accessories in one convenient website. You simply follow the prompts in adding to you shopping cart and you can purchase anything automatically from the website.
Q.) What payment options are available?
A.) You can choose to pay be credit card, mail in order form with personal check (there is a 10 day hold on all personal checks and a $45.00 NSF fee). Paypal is also an option.
Q.) What shipping methods are available?
A.) UPS-Ground, Express, 1-2-3-Business Day, Saturday Delivery, Worldwide express, Worldwide Expedited. US Postal Service: Priority, Express, or First Class. All other methods Federal Express and DHL etc will be done on a case by case basis and special provisions will have to be met.
Q.) How can I find out more info on a product?
A.) Rius racing tried to provide you with the most accurate information available. We do our best to update all information on a product by what is made available by the manufacturer. If you have further questions after reading the description on the website we suggest you send a request to us at email@example.com detailing your specific question and the best way to reach you.
Q.) Do you offer Dealer pricing?
A.) Yes, however, only to those who qualify. Dealer pricing is subject to change and availability. Only those who prequalify will receive dealer pricing.
Q.) What if I decide to cancel my order?
A.) If you need to cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has shipped you will need to wait until you receive the order, call Rius Racing for a return authorization, upon receipt of the return a restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. When you cancel your order and it has not been shipped you will receive a cancellation approval and our card will not be charged.
